Who we are
Neudi is a project run by Search Click Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates neudi.co.uk. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Data we collect
- Enquiry forms. When you ask for the deck or demo, offer to advise, request a pilot or make an introduction, we collect what you type: your name, email, and optionally your mobile, school or organisation, role, and message. We use it only to reply and follow up on that enquiry.
- Analytics, only if you accept. With your consent, Google Analytics records pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country or city), and device and browser type. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Settings stored on your device. Your cookie choice, Calm mode and read-aloud voice settings are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them. They never leave your device.
- WhatsApp. If you tap a WhatsApp button, you choose to message us through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat.
The lesson demo on this site does not collect or store anything you type into it. We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange any demo, pilot or conversation you asked for.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it (only with your consent).
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
Our lawful basis for enquiries is legitimate interest in responding to a request you made. For analytics it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies (Google Analytics, names beginning _ga) if you click Accept. You can change your mind at any time using , or through your browser settings. Declining does not affect anything else on the site.
Who we share data with
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Supabase stores enquiry form submissions.
- Resend sends the email confirmation and our internal notification.
- Google provides Google Analytics (only with consent) and the web font used on the site. See Google's Privacy Policy.
These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not share your data with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep what is needed for that relationship.
Children
Our enquiry forms are for adults: parents, carers, education professionals and partners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email eugene@searchclickgroup.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
